Space – Got To Know Holiday Camps

The Junior Academy presents to you ” Got to Know Holiday Camp ” a fun, interactive 5-days camp for young learners ages 3 – 6 years old. Engage your child’s education, explore the space beyond our world, learn about stars and planets, experience team work and friendship, make new friends and so much more. Camp is available on 18 – 22 November 2013 from 9.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.

Learning about science should never be boring. We will take you to the moons of Jupiter, and explore the possibility of life on these distant worlds. Travel through the expanse of the universe and discover just how much SPACE there is in Space. And we will learn how modern day scientists are pushing the limits of space exploration. This can help children develop an appreciation for the galaxy and space travel. Children will learn about different stars and the various constellations they make up. Children will learn about the moon as well as how it feels like to travel as an astronaut to the moon. They will learn to recognize different planets in the solar system besides learning the importance of the sun in telling day and night. This camp helps to develop:

Children are curious and love to ask ” Why? ” The Exploration Stations and Discovery Stationsare two important components of this camp.
